1. Fish Curry (Machli ka Salan)
2 pieces of fish
2 small sized tomatoes paste( try to make paste of fresh tomatoes)
Red chili powder 1 tsp
Salt as per taste
Turmeric powder 1 pinch
Kasori Methi leaves (sun-dried fenugreek leaves) 1/4 tsp
Almond milk powder 1 tsp
Kari pata (Curry leaves) 4
Half cup Tamarind water
In a pan over medium high heat, heat oil and add Kari leaves in oil, and cook it till the color of Kari leaves slightly changed.
Now add tomatoes and other remaining ingredients
Cook on medium flame for about 5-6 minutes.
Add half cup tamarind water and leave this mixture to cook for about three more minutes.
