Ingredients:

1) 3-4 chicken pieces or lamb pieces with bone 2) 3 cloves 3) 1 cinnamon 4) 4-5 black peppers 5) 1 bay leaf 6) 1-inch ginger 7) 1 medium onion 8) ½ teaspoon turmeric 9) 1 big cardamom 10) 1 teaspoon cumin seed 11) 6 cups of water 12) Salt as per taste
